The former Lakka Primary School was built in 1906 by Andreas Syngron, following the recommendation of the then Minister of Education, Theodoros Vellianitis, who hailed from Paxos. It is a rectangular building with numerous neoclassical architectural elements. Architectural interest focuses on the symmetrical arrangement of the openings (windows) with vertical lintels, the projecting cornices, and the triangular pediment above the main entrance. The roof is covered with tiles and ridge tiles on the main facade. Surrounding the building, there is a courtyard, and at the front, there is an imposing entrance consisting of stone columns, a triangular pediment, and a large gate.
Today, it is used as the base of the Paxos Nautical Athletic Club.
