It is located above the Church of Agioi Anargyroi. Construction began in 1809 during the French occupation and was completed in 1821 during the years of the British occupation.
It has a capacity of 350 cubic meters (16 thousand cisterns) and collects water from a large paved surface, in a circular design.
From the interior of the cistern, another cylindrical vaulted building starts, making it easy to pave.
It was repaired in 1861.
